Pilates Day 2017

On the first Saturday of every May, we celebrate our profession on the national stage with Pilates day, this May 6th! We in the community know the benefits and virtues of practicing Pilates. On Pilates day, however, we get to bring our method to the general public with exciting games, demonstrations and real discussions on health.

Pilates Day gives you the platform to engage the public with your knowledge of movement and expand your circle of clients. New health professionals to network with are also a plus. Your studio has much to gain by signing up with the PMA’s Pilates Day Campaign too; you’ll receive a Pilates Day kit and gain exposure through PMA press releases and web listings.

Join a Pilates Day event this year and start thinking what you can do as a Pilates professional to host your own event next year. Share your Pilates Day with us with #IamPolestar and #PilatesDay2017.
