Introducing The Polestar Experience – launching in Nashville, TN

We are excited to announce a new Polestar event that will launch in Nashville, TN! This event will take place March 3 & 4, 2017.

Dr. Brent announces The Polestar Experience

The Polestar® Experience is a fresh Polestar event designed to introduce you to exciting possibilities of viewing yourself in a new and vibrant paradigm of health and awareness. This event will be presented by Polestar founder, Dr. Brent Anderson, and is promoted by P3 – Precision Physical Therapy & Pilates.

Polestar Pilates has been on the cutting edge of health and movement science since its inception in 1992. Brent Anderson, PhD, PT, OCS, PMA®-CPT, founder of Polestar Pilates®, will share his knowledge and experience in a more intimate setting. This experience will offer personal discovery, interactive discussions, observations, healing and experiential learning.  It is designed for both practitioners and the public alike who would like to make a difference.

Friday, March 3:

2:00-4:30p: Brent Uncensored – Open to all practitioners, clients, friends and family
Brent Uncensored is a fun, interactive lecture demo designed for both the movement professional and enthusiasts who want to discover what more their bodies can do.  Dr. Brent will share simple yet life-changing concepts. Discover the healthy you with a perfect mixture of science, movement and emotion.  

7:00-9:00p: GRAND ROUNDS – An interactive case study for Pilates practitioners
Dr. Brent collaborates with groups of movement professionals to solve actual issues that real clients face. Participants will interact with Dr. Brent during a live client session.  Discover Polestar’s unique problem-solving process from the Polestar Assessment Skills; the initial interview, assessment, program design, execution of the program and follow-up testing.  This event has often been reported as being one of the preferred Polestar events offered.  This intimate session has limited space. 

Saturday, March 4:

8:00-9:00a: MASTER MAT CLASS
Enjoy a fun-filled, energetic movement experience that caters to all levels of movers.  Participate in Dr. Brent’s unique interpretation of Pilates exercises and connect harmoniously with a large group like a school of fish. Discover the positive energy associated with a successful movement experience that exceeds your expectations.

9:30a-12:30p: Sitting is the New Smoking: Breaking the habit of a sedentary lifestyle

  •       Understand the effects a sedentary lifestyle has on your health
  •       Break the habit of sitting with new strategies
  •       Discover solutions for health

2:00-5:00p: Polestar, the Modern Day Painkiller: Discover Polestar’s simple formulas for pain relief through movement

  •       Understand current concepts in how we interpret pain
  •       Discover new ways to manage pain
  •       Learn simple paths to effective relief

We will be having a reception at P3 West. Share your experience with Dr. Brent and rest of the Polestar family! Refreshments included.

    I would love to attend this workshop! I went through the transition program with you ast July in Miami- you may remember me (I was the middle aged woman from Louisville) haha!
